Aufteilen via Daten>Text in Spalten am Leerzeichen.
In einem 2. Sheet die Wertigkeit der Texte speichern

Mit kaskadierter Formel hier nur angedeutet:
Wenn Suchen( "day",. ) > 0 dann Heute() - SpalteB
Wenn Suchen( "week". ) > 0 dann Heute() -7* SpalteB
Wenn Suchen( "month. ) > 0 dann EDATUM(Heute(); -1*SpalteB
Wenn Suchen( "year. ) > 0 dann EDATUM(Heute() ;
-12*SpalteB

Je nach Quelle ist der Bezug auf Heute natürlich durch das tatsächliche Ausgangsdatum zu ersetzen, aber danach hat man echte Daten zum rechnen.
